Terms of Use
Terms of Use
Effective date: July 3, 2026. These terms explain how you may use Track Daily Money and what the app does and does not promise.
Using the App
Track Daily Money is a personal finance utility for recording, organizing, analyzing, backing up, and exporting your own money records. You are responsible for checking entries before saving or using them.
Smart parsing and the receipt, notification, or voice tools available on your platform can contain mistakes, as can AI assistance and reports. Review important records before making decisions.
Your Data and Device
The app is offline-first. Your records are stored on your device unless you choose an optional export, backup, AI, translation, or connected feature. You are responsible for keeping your device, screen lock, backups, and exported files secure.
Optional Connected Features
Google Drive backup, AI parsing, translation, and store review features are optional. They may require internet access and may be unavailable if the third-party service, account, API key, network, or device configuration is not working.
When you enable a third-party feature, that provider may process the information needed to provide it under its own terms and policies.
No Financial Advice
The app shows calculations, charts, budgets, summaries, and insights for convenience only. It is not financial, tax, legal, accounting, or investment advice.
Acceptable Use
- Use the app only for records and data you have the right to process.
- Do not misuse connected services or attempt to bypass security controls.
- Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or misleading content through any connected feature.
- Do not rely on the app as the only copy of important financial records.
Availability and Changes
The app is provided as-is. Features may change, improve, be removed, or be temporarily unavailable. We try to keep local data safe, but no software can guarantee that data will never be lost.
